Alpen Food Industry is looking for a dedicated and fluent Mandarin Translator to support our dynamic operations in Bekasi. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for bridging the language gap between our company and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring that all communications are clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, technical manuals, and correspondence from Mandarin to Indonesian/English with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide real-time interpretation services during meetings, conference calls, and site visits.
- Proofread and edit translated texts to ensure grammar, terminology, and formatting consistency.
- Assist in the translation of marketing materials and product descriptions to support sales efforts.
- Organize and maintain a database of translation resources and glossaries.
- Facilitate communication between management and Mandarin-speaking staff or clients.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the department.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field.
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin, along with strong proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Proven experience in translation and interpreting, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong proofreading skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work full time in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
