Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical, legal, and business documentation between Mandarin and Indonesian (or English) with high accuracy.
- Provide professional interpretation services during management meetings, business negotiations, and client conferences.
- Facilitate effective communication between expatriate staff and local departments to ensure operational alignment.
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Assist in drafting business correspondence and reports in Mandarin.
- Coordinate with different departments to provide ad-hoc translation support as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all business communications and translated documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or in a similar corporate role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred) and proficiency in written/spoken Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to act as a cultural mediator.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and translation software tools.
- Willingness to be based in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah.
