Are you a fluent Mandarin speaker with a passion for cross-cultural communication? We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Mandarin Translator to join our team in Kalimantan Barat. In this pivotal role, you will act as the essential bridge between our Chinese management team and our local Indonesian operational staff, ensuring seamless communication, accurate reporting, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator capable of handling technical and administrative terminology with precision. You will play a key role in maintaining professional relationships across the organization and ensuring that operational objectives are clearly understood and executed by all parties involved.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for management and operational staff.
- Facilitate meetings, briefings, and discussions to ensure clear understanding between Chinese leadership and local teams.
- Translate technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project reports accurately.
- Act as a cultural liaison to foster a positive working environment and resolve communication barriers.
- Assist management in daily operational coordination and task delegation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency certificate/HSK 5+ preferred) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven experience as a professional translator, preferably in an industrial or operational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate different cultural working styles.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Kalimantan Barat.
