Tanggung Jawab
- Translate written documents, correspondence, and technical materials from Mandarin to Indonesian (or English) with high accuracy.
- Perform real-time interpretation during meetings, phone calls, and business negotiations to ensure clear understanding.
- Proofread and edit translations to ensure grammatical correctness, fluency, and adherence to company style guides.
- Maintain and update a glossary of terminology to ensure consistency across all translated projects.
- Assist in drafting official emails, reports, and internal communications in Mandarin.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific context and nuance in translation requests.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and data security in all translation-related tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in professional translation or interpretation.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian (or English) with excellent command of grammar and vocabulary.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect and correct errors.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple translation tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
