Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate oral and written translations between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian for management and production staff.
- Interpret during high-level meetings, factory floor briefings, and technical training sessions.
- Translate technical documentation, SOPs, and safety manuals to ensure full compliance with company standards.
- Support expatriate staff with daily business communications and local administrative requirements.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure cross-cultural understanding and minimize operational friction.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive corporate information.
- Coordinate with production managers to clarify technical specifications during manufacturing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, Linguistics, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum HSK 5 proficiency or equivalent experience in professional translation.
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Indonesian is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or medical supplies environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Kabupaten Batang, Jawa Tengah.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and translation-related software tools.
