As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication through accurate translation of documents, conversations, and business materials between Mandarin and Indonesian.

Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately translate written materials including technical documents, emails, contracts, and business communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and site tours between Mandarin-speaking clients and Indonesian team members
- Assist in the development and maintenance of bilingual documentation for company processes and procedures
- Act as a cultural liaison to ensure smooth communication and understanding between different cultural contexts
- Support the HR department in recruitment processes by translating job descriptions and facilitating interviews with Mandarin-speaking candidates
- Assist in training Mandarin-speaking staff on company policies and procedures through translation and interpretation services
- Maintain accurate records of all translations and interpretations performed
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages, with professional certification in translation or interpretation preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional translation or interpretation experience, preferably in industrial or technical settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Familiarity with industrial terminology, particularly in metal manufacturing and engineering
- Proficiency in translation software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
