PT Permai Metal Indonesia is seeking a professional Mandarin Translator to join our team in Morowali. In this role, you will act as the vital communication link between our expatriate (TKA) and local (TKI) staff, ensuring seamless operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia to facilitate daily operational tasks.
- Accompany and assist expatriate staff during meetings, site inspections, and cross-departmental collaborations.
- Translate technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Mediate communication to resolve misunderstandings and promote harmonious relationships between local and international employees.
- Assist the HR department in onboarding and training sessions for new staff members.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times when handling sensitive information.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to maintain department efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature, Linguistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or higher is preferred) and professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across different cultures.
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or mining environment is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to be stationed in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in translation, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to communication.
