Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate oral and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for site management and field operations.
- Translate technical documents, reports, and manuals to ensure operational compliance.
- Facilitate effective communication during meetings, briefings, and on-site discussions between Chinese expatriates and local staff.
- Assist in the preparation of administrative reports and correspondence in both languages.
- Ensure terminology consistency across all project departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Support general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and Indonesian (native or fluent level).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in a mining, manufacturing, or construction environment.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to work in a remote site environment (Pomalaa).
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of working in a cross-functional team.
