Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business correspondence, technical reports, and operational manuals between Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
- Provide high-level interpretation support during departmental meetings, site visits, and client negotiations.
- Maintain high standards of document accuracy, ensuring terminology consistency across all company communication.
- Facilitate smooth communication between expatriate leadership and local operational staff.
- Assist in the preparation of bilingual presentations and project briefings for stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage workflow timelines to ensure all translation projects meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate documents and proprietary information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Chinese Literature, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) and English.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and translation-related software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to navigate cross-cultural business settings.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to travel within Kalimantan Timur as required by project needs.
