As a key member of our operational support staff, you will play a vital role in bridging communication gaps between our international stakeholders and local teams. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional command over both Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy, cultural nuance, and professional integrity in all business communications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate oral and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for daily business operations.
- Translate technical documents, business correspondence, and internal manuals with precision.
- Facilitate effective communication during meetings, negotiations, and site visits involving international partners.
- Support management by preparing meeting minutes, reports, and administrative documentation in both languages.
- Assist in interpreting complex industry terminology to ensure clear understanding across all departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive company information and correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows through better linguistic support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Translator or Interpreter in a professional business setting.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or above preferred) and professional proficiency in Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey information accurately and tactfully.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and translation software tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work full-time in the Jatiuwung, Banten area.
