Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate and timely oral and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for cross-departmental operations.
- Act as an interpreter during business meetings, training sessions, and negotiations to ensure clear communication.
- Translate essential business documents, technical specifications, and internal communications with high precision.
- Support management in daily administrative tasks and correspondence with international stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve language-related barriers and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare meeting minutes or reports in both languages as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Translator or Interpreter in a corporate environment.
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification is preferred).
- Excellent command of the Indonesian language, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate communication between diverse groups.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work from our office located in the PIK 2 area, Tangerang.
