In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for all Mandarin-Indonesia translations and interpretations. Your expertise will ensure that business agreements, daily communications, and technical instructions are conveyed accurately, preventing misunderstandings and fostering strong business relationships. You will play a key role in our administrative support department, ensuring that our travel goods operations run smoothly with clear, professional communication at every level.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely translation of documents, emails, contracts, and reports from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Conduct real-time interpretation during meetings, conference calls, and business negotiations with Chinese stakeholders.
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical correctness and adherence to local business terminology.
- Assist in the localization of marketing materials and product descriptions to ensure cultural relevance.
- Maintain a professional communication channel with external Chinese partners and internal team members.
- Manage correspondence in both languages, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Support the administrative team with general clerical duties in a bilingual environment.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Linguistics, Chinese Language, Translation, or a related field.
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficient command of Bahasa Indonesia with excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of business terminology and corporate culture in both countries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple translation tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
