Tanggung Jawab
- Translate formal and informal documents accurately from Indonesian to Mandarin and vice versa.
- Provide high-quality interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and business presentations.
- Review translated materials to ensure technical terminology and nuances are correctly applied.
- Assist in the preparation of bilingual reports and internal business correspondence.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent communication standards across the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate documents and information.
- Ensure all translations are delivered within specified project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a translator or interpreter in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification is preferred).
- Excellent command of the Indonesian language (both formal and colloquial).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and translation software/CAT tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a cultural awareness that facilitates smooth cross-border communication.
