We are looking for a dedicated professional who can serve as the vital bridge between our company and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across all business levels.

In this position, you will be responsible for translating complex HR documentation, facilitating interpretation during interviews and meetings, and assisting with general HR operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Translation & Interpretation: Translate HR contracts, policies, and internal communications from Mandarin to Indonesian (and vice versa) with high accuracy and cultural nuance.
  • HR Support: Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks, including employee record management, data entry, filing, and document processing.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as a primary interpreter during candidate interviews, onboarding sessions, and business meetings involving Mandarin-speaking clients or staff.
  • Document Drafting: Draft and revise official correspondence, reports, and presentations in both languages to ensure professional standards.
  • Event Coordination: Support the organization of company events, training sessions, and orientation programs for Mandarin-speaking employees.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee data, performance reviews, and sensitive company strategies.
  • General Administration: Assist in maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, and answering general inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and excellent proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR administration, translation, or a similar dual-role position is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of cultural nuances in both Mandarin and Indonesian business contexts.
