Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate oral and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for project management and technical teams.
- Translate technical documentation, construction schematics, and safety manuals to ensure all parties are aligned.
- Facilitate effective communication during meetings, site inspections, and briefings.
- Act as an interpreter for expatriate staff and local contractors to resolve operational queries.
- Prepare high-quality reports and meeting minutes in both languages to maintain project transparency.
- Assist in cross-cultural coordination to ensure project timelines and safety standards are upheld.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in translation, preferably within the construction, engineering, or mining sector.
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification or equivalent) and Indonesian (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of technical terminology related to construction and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mediate between diverse teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Kalimantan Timur and adapt to project-specific working hours.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to accuracy.
