Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, legal contracts, business proposals, and internal reports from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa with high accuracy.
- Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation during board meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Act as a primary communication bridge between expatriate management and local staff to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Proofread and edit translated materials to maintain consistency in terminology and professional tone.
- Assist in the preparation of bilingual presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of technical terms and industry-specific vocabulary.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all translated content meets operational deadlines.
- Provide cultural insights to management to facilitate smoother business interactions and relationship building.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum HSK Level 5 or 6 certification is highly preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English.
- Strong understanding of technical and business terminology.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with high confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and translation software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
