TOM JACK INDONESIA is currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Mandarin Translator to join our growing operations team in Benda, Banten. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in bridging communication gaps, ensuring accurate information flow, and supporting our daily business operations across cross-functional departments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for operational documents, emails, and meetings.
- Facilitate effective communication between expatriate staff and local team members to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Translate technical manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other corporate materials with high accuracy.
- Accompany management during site visits or negotiations to provide real-time interpretation services.
- Maintain organized records of translated documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive corporate data.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations by translating and localizing content for relevant stakeholders.
- Support daily administrative tasks to streamline the workflow of the operational department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in HSK Level 5 or 6 (or equivalent certification) is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin and Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional etiquette in cross-cultural settings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a proactive mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willing to be based in Benda, Banten.
