Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform accurate and timely translation of business documents, emails, correspondence, and reports from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
  • Interpret verbally during meetings, client negotiations, and internal communications to ensure clear understanding.
  • Assist the management team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, acting as a professional liaison for Mandarin-speaking partners.
  • Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and office coordination as required.
  • Ensure all translated materials adhere to cultural nuances and business standards.
  • Support general office operations to maintain an efficient workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in Mandarin (Native or near-native proficiency) and English (Professional working proficiency).
  • Proven experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or Personal Assistant is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
