Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia/English for management and stakeholders.
- Accurately translate technical, legal, and operational documents to maintain professional standards.
- Accompany and assist management during meetings, site visits, or negotiations to ensure clear communication.
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication to ensure alignment on business goals and operational strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive corporate information.
- Coordinate with different departments to provide ad-hoc translation support as required.
- Ensure all terminology is consistent and reflective of the specific industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mandarin Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or higher preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Prior experience in a professional translation or interpreter role is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team across various office or site locations.
- Willingness to be based in or commute to the Surabaya/Gresik area.
