Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and interactive Mandarin language lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels
- Develop customized lesson plans that align with students' learning objectives and cultural interests
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their language goals
- Utilize various teaching resources and technologies to enhance the online learning experience
- Provide constructive feedback to students and track their improvement over time
- Stay updated on modern language teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress, challenges, and achievements
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in language education or online tutoring
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable teaching style
- Experience with online teaching platforms and video conferencing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred)
- Certification in Mandarin language teaching or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
