Tanggung Jawab
- Operate manual milling machines (conventional) to perform milling, drilling, and cutting operations with high precision.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machining requirements and tolerances.
- Set up workpieces securely on the milling machine and select appropriate cutting tools and feeds.
- Monitor machine operations continuously to ensure high-quality output and prevent defects or errors.
- Perform in-process quality control checks (measurements, surface finish) using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety regulations and 5S standards are followed.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating manual milling machines or conventional machining tools.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in machining work to ensure component quality.
- Basic knowledge of machine safety protocols and workshop safety regulations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new machining techniques and company procedures.
