- Perform manual polishing of vacuum chambers, metal frames, and aluminum components for semiconductor equipment
- Ensure components meet strict surface finish specifications and quality standards
- Operate hand polishing tools and equipment with precision and safety awareness
- Inspect polished surfaces for defects and imperfections using magnification tools
- Maintain organized workstations and proper handling of delicate materials
- Document polishing processes and maintain quality control records
- Collaborate with engineering team to resolve surface finish issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manual metal polishing or surface finishing
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic knowledge of metalworking materials and finishing techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically precise tasks
- Experience in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments preferred
- Willingness to work on renewable contract basis
