Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define, construct, and maintain comprehensive Master Test Plans.
- Design, write, and execute detailed, reusable test cases and test scenarios based on user stories and system requirements.
- Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using industry-standard project management and bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
- Analyze test results, identify risk areas, and provide actionable feedback to developers to improve overall code quality.
- Maintain clear and structured QA documentation to facilitate seamless knowledge sharing across the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Manual Software Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience in drafting Master Test Plans and performing complex integration testing.
- Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, and STLC.
- Proficiency in using bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and test management tools.
- Strong analytical, logical, and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with international clients.
- Amenable to a hybrid work setup in Alabang, Metro Manila.
