Join GECO Asia Pte. Ltd as a Manual Quality Analyst and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality digital experiences across multiple platforms. We're seeking a meticulous QA professional with hands-on API testing experience to ensure the reliability, functionality, and performance of our applications. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of quality assurance, leveraging your expertise in API testing, SQL validation, and basic automation to identify defects before they reach end-users. You'll collaborate closely with development teams to implement robust testing strategies, document findings comprehensively, and contribute to continuous improvement of our QA processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile applications
- Perform rigorous API testing using tools like Postman/SoapUI to validate functionality, security, and performance
- Conduct SQL database testing to verify data integrity, schema consistency, and backend logic
- Develop and maintain basic automation scripts using Selenium/Cypress to enhance testing efficiency
- Document test results, defects, and quality metrics using JIRA and other tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Agile sprints to ensure timely issue resolution
- Analyze test coverage and recommend improvements to testing methodologies
- Participate in requirement analysis to identify potential quality risks early in development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
- Proficiency in API testing tools with REST/SOAP API validation experience
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and data validation
- Basic knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
