Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of semiconductor components following detailed technical drawings and SOPs.
- Operate production machinery and automated tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet manufacturing specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S and cleanroom protocols.
- Document production output and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in ongoing on-the-job training to improve technical proficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; full training is provided.
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels, 'O' Levels, or NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
- Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required PPE.
- Ability to perform standing work for extended periods and carry out repetitive tasks with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime when necessary.
- Basic command of English to understand technical instructions and safety manuals.
