Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily manufacturing operations and production line activities to meet output targets.
- Perform troubleshooting and routine maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Assist engineers in process improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor and record production data to ensure compliance with quality management standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to strictly defined EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues on the shop floor.
- Participate in the calibration and testing of manufacturing tools and machinery.
- Assist in drafting technical reports and documentation for shift handovers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for technical details.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding machine specifications.
- Ability to work well within a multicultural team environment.
- Good communication skills in English to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to work in the West Region of Singapore.
