Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing systems to improve production efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems and robotic equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to upgrade legacy machinery with modern automation technologies.
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation of new automation equipment before deployment.
- Document technical processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance logs.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
- Provide technical support and training to production operators on new machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Omron) and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of industrial sensors, pneumatic systems, and motor control circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and technical drawings.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative team setting.
