Tanggung Jawab
- Complete comprehensive training across multiple manufacturing operations including cell culture, purification, and formulation processes
- Learn and apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and quality control protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in monitoring production equipment and documenting manufacturing activities accurately
- Participate in quality assurance activities including sampling, testing, and batch record verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end biopharmaceutical production workflows
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards within manufacturing environments
- Develop proficiency in using advanced manufacturing technologies and automated systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related Life Sciences disciplines
- Strong technical aptitude and genuine interest in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to follow complex procedures accurately
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in team-based environments and learn from experienced professionals
- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific principles
- Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict gowning procedures
