Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and reduce cycle times.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve yield rates.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Monitor and maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality management systems (QMS).
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff and production operators on new processes and equipment.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for management reviews and process audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process control, statistical process control (SPC), and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
