Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze production data and equipment performance to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean methodologies.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and quality control procedures.
- Manage capital equipment projects, including installation, validation, and maintenance planning.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and process manuals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and production operators.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PLC, and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes is highly preferred.
