- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop and maintain production documentation, including SOPs and control plans
- Collaborate with R&D on new product introductions and process validations
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage tooling, equipment, and facility requirements for efficient operations
- Train production staff on new procedures and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production environment
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Experience with process mapping, FMEA, and statistical process control
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
