Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks on the production floor using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage tooling design, procurement, and maintenance to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products into the production line seamlessly.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on waste reduction, cost-efficiency, and yield improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for tooling and process design.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate with floor staff and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
