We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Serangoon. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our production processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and driving operational efficiency within our state-of-the-art facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems to enhance production efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product specifications are met.
- Train and mentor production staff on new procedures, safety standards, and equipment operation.
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance and engineering projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Valid Singaporean Work Pass (or eligibility to work).
