Tanggung Jawab
- Drive process improvements and optimize manufacturing workflows for new and existing products.
- Lead product transfer activities and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles from concept to ramp.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Design, implement, and validate jigs, fixtures, and tooling to enhance production capability.
- Analyze production data to identify yield issues, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Support production line escalations and ensure operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
- Proven experience in product transfer and New Product Introduction (NPI) is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and assembly techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
