In this pivotal role, you will focus on the Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) processes, ensuring our production lines operate at peak efficiency and quality standards. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AOI operations, from initial setup and calibration to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding R&D, Process Engineering, and Productionâto drive yield improvements and implement continuous manufacturing excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) lines to maximize yield and minimize scrap.
- Analyze defect data and implement corrective actions to improve process stability and reduce cycle time.
- Maintain and troubleshoot AOI equipment and software to ensure minimal downtime and consistent performance.
- Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to validate new product designs and transfer processes efficiently.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update work instructions to maintain compliance and clarity.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational excellence and cost reduction.
- Train operators on AOI machine operation, parameter settings, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech industries.
- Strong understanding of AOI technology, optical inspection principles, and defect classification.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Familiarity with MES systems, PLCs, and basic computer applications is a plus.
