- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and in-process testing protocols
- Provide technical expertise for production troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- Design and execute process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with R&D to translate product designs into scalable manufacturing solutions
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (ISO standards preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing process simulation tools
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar process improvement frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
