Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation including SOPs, process flows, and quality standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype new manufacturing techniques and equipment integration
- Lead root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions
- Manage capital equipment projects from conception through installation and validation
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry quality standards (ISO, GMP)
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices and problem-solving methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production environment
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems
- Proven track record in reducing production costs and improving OEE metrics
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
