Are you a detail-oriented engineer looking to drive operational excellence? In-Tech is currently seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety.
You will serve as a key technical resource, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative manufacturing solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, and parts.
- Design, install, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to transition new products from prototype to full-scale production.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for process changes and equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards is a plus.
