Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with product design teams to enhance manufacturability and facilitate smooth new product introductions.
- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and deploy effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards in all manufacturing operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, or fabrication.
- Proven experience with process improvement tools and techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
