In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for streamlining production workflows, reducing waste, and ensuring the highest quality standards for our wire and cable products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks, implement lean manufacturing methodologies, and lead initiatives that boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure machinery is calibrated and operating at peak performance.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Train junior staff and production operators on new processes and equipment technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the wire and cable or industrial sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license.
