- Develop, implement, and maintain test procedures for product verification and quality assurance
- Design and optimize final test setups to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing processes
- Analyze production data to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and enhance product reliability
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to reduce defects and improve yield rates
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies
- Train production staff on new testing procedures and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or semiconductor production
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, quality control systems, and statistical process control
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and production monitoring systems
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality standards (ISO 9001)
