As a Manufacturing Engineer at Renesas Kulim, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and contributing directly to our success. Your responsibilities will span from defining and implementing robust final test setups and methodologies to performing in-depth data analysis to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. You will collaborate closely with R&D, design, and production teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and smooth new product introductions (NPI).

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize test processes and methodologies for semiconductor products, focusing on final test setup and execution.
- Analyze test data, identify trends, troubleshoot process issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Quality teams to ensure test coverage, product quality, and manufacturability (DFM).
- Design, procure, and qualify new test fixtures, equipment, and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct process capability studies (CpK) and statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and maintain high-quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including process specifications, work instructions, and test reports.
- Provide technical support and training to production operators and technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proven experience with test process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for electronic components or systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab).
- Familiarity with test equipment, automation systems, and data acquisition platforms.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
