Tanggung Jawab
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for plant machinery to minimize production downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues occurring during the production process.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure machine longevity and reliability.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize line efficiency and throughput.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new production machinery.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting PLC systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
- Proficient in CAD software and standard MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible shift schedules when required.
