In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing test processes to ensure the functionality, quality, and reliability of our cutting-edge semiconductor products.
As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will design and implement final test setups, analyze data to drive yield improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering groups to resolve technical challenges. Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless transition of products from design to high-volume production, ensuring robust performance and adherence to stringent quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for semiconductor devices to meet quality and performance specifications.
- Design, optimize, and sustain final test hardware and software setups to enhance throughput and accuracy.
- Analyze test data, yield metrics, and failure patterns to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product engineering, design, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve test coverage.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for test procedures, specifications, and reports.
- Support production ramp-up and volume manufacturing with robust test solutions and timely troubleshooting.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at reducing cycle time, cost, and defect rates.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing or test engineering, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, MATLAB).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW for test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest) is highly desirable.
- Experience with quality standards and tools (FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma) is a plus.
