Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize manufacturing test processes to verify product functionality and quality
- Design and implement final test setups with automated systems for efficient production validation
- Analyze test data to identify quality trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve manufacturing bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality management systems
- Document procedures and maintain accurate process documentation
- Train production staff on new test methods and quality protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or test engineering
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools
- Strong knowledge of automated test equipment (ATE) and data analysis software
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in process optimization and yield improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
