Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production staff to ensure operational standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
