TDK Corporation is a global leader in electronic components and materials, and we are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Senai, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will support solution finding for production problems in our main and subsidiary factories, playing a critical part in ensuring operational excellence and high product quality.
Your primary focus will be to analyze complex manufacturing challenges, diagnose root causes of production issues, and implement effective engineering solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and troubleshoot production problems in main and subsidiary factories to minimize downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and process deviations.
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Monitor production lines to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production layouts and workflows.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and engineering best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and CAD software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on factory environment.
