Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality output.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and minimize operational costs.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve production safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
- Ensure compliance with industrial regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software (ERP, CAD, or similar technical tools).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new manufacturing technologies.
- Willingness to work on-site in Metro Manila with a commitment to high operational standards.
