Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies for cost reduction.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with local regulations and internal quality standards (ISO, FDA).
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve product yield.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and conduct training on new processes and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation, and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement.
