Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D teams on new product introduction and process validation
- Design and optimize manufacturing workflows using lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Train production staff on new equipment and process improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven problem-solving
- Knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred
